Omaha is a 52-card poker format in which you must use exactly two of your four hole cards and exactly three cards from the board.

Omaha uses a standard 52-card deck and four hole cards per player. A complete board contains five community cards.
You cannot play the board alone or use just one hole card. Every five-card hand must contain exactly two of your hole cards and three community cards.

A hand example.
Your hole cards are A♠ K♠ Q♥ J♦. The board is 10♠ 7♠ 2♠ 9♦ 3♣. A♠ K♠ together with 10♠ 7♠ 2♠ make a flush, using exactly two hole cards and three board cards.
About pot limit.
The Omaha format in development uses pot-limit betting. The table calculates the permitted maximum raise from the current betting state. Check the displayed range when it is your turn.
