Fair play

Any form of collusion, bot play, chip-dumping or multi-accounting will result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

Payments and disputes

Deposits and withdrawals are final once confirmed on the network. Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent and lead to permanent account closure.
