Anti-Collusion Policy

What is prohibited

• Collusion between two or more players at the same table.
• Chip-dumping to transfer funds between accounts.
• Ghosting — receiving live advice from another player.
• Automated play, scripts, HUDs and bots of any kind.
• Multi-accounting and rakeback farming.
• Real-time solver use while playing.

How we detect it

Machine-learning models analyze hand history, timing tells, betting patterns, device fingerprints, network signals and hole-card behavior in real time. Every flagged session is queued for human review within 24 hours.

Reporting

Report a suspicious player from the table menu (tap the player → Report), from your hand history, or by contacting support with the hand ID. All reports are confidential.

• Acknowledgement: within 1 hour
• Initial review: within 24 hours
• Final decision: within 7 days

Consequences

Confirmed violations result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, refunds to affected players. Repeat offenders are banned across all linked accounts and devices.

Appeals

Appeals must be submitted within 30 days to appeals@mavopoker.com. Decisions are reviewed by a second, independent team.
