Two-Factor Authentication

2FA is mandatory before your first withdrawal and can be enabled via authenticator app (TOTP) or SMS. Recovery codes are issued at setup — store them offline.

Device Verification

New device sign-ins require email confirmation. Suspicious logins are throttled and can be revoked from Settings → Devices at any time.

Withdrawal Verification

• 2FA challenge on every withdrawal request.
• New payout addresses have a 24-hour holding period.
• Withdrawals above $2,500 trigger KYC (ID + proof of address).
• All withdrawals go back to the original deposit method where possible.

Funds Custody

Player balances are held in segregated multi-signature wallets and cold-storage vaults, separate from operating funds. Hot wallet exposure is capped at 5% of total balances.
